They seemed overly busy, took 3 weeks to schedule an interview and once I walked in the President called me a cockroach. I don't know if they were having issues internally but just avoid this company. Open-ended questions, no direction or troubled leadership

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gables Engineering (Coral Gables, FL)
Interview
I was hired as a contractor through a recruiting agent. I had an interview on site a few days later and was hired on the spot. I became permanent after six months. First few months were difficult as most contractors were fired after six months. I was the third contractor working on my first project. The previous two were fired, so stress was high and almost left after my firs month.
