The interviewer was unprepared and it seemed she lacked experience of interviewing. She wasn’t sure of what to ask or how to evaluate. I could feel that she would lack judgment.

Interview
Process was overall good. They gave a case study as an assignment to complete and then there was a culture fit interview where you met people from other teams and they asked you questions to learn more about you and identify if you'd "fit" the company culture.
