Interview process was not intimidating at all. Only took 2 weeks from initual out reach to receive job offer. Could tell instantly this was a place I wanted to work after speaking with Director of Strategic Services, Chief Strategy Officer , and the CEO. Down to Earth, good people..

Very positive and engaging interview process. Extremely welcoming atmosphere, energy, and excitement around the product, vision, and organization. Interview process was progressive from recruiter to hiring manager to executive leaders, to include a conversation with the founder/CEO. Unfortunately I had to decline their offer due to changes in my personal situation and it was an extremely difficult decision. When I called to regretfully decline, the hiring manager’s reaction was very kind. His first concern was for myself and my family before discussing how it would be best for everyone if I declined. That, combined with my overall interview experience, indicated to me that not only is this person a caring manager but also a leader. If you are looking for a work environment and culture of innovative, caring, and impactful people you should interview here. On top of this, I also received a very generous offer package that included good benefit plans, education reimbursement, competitive salary, stock options, and a great bonus plan. I’m privately jealous of the individual that gets a role here and wish gr8 People continued growth and success!
