Applied and waited a long time to hear anything. Few weeks later I followed up and they gave me an interview for a completely different store. Said that the store I applied to had no positions open, but they will let me know when one opens. Four months later and no response. I stopped in the store and they said they hired someone two months ago.

Easy enough, they just asked about my background, explained the position, explained the training process, and asked about different sales scenarios. It was a very easy interview, upper management seems okay.
