GMO Internet interview questions

Standard Japanese job interview. Mostly interviewer was describing requirements for job position, emphasizing that company needs diversity. Turned out job was very different from my skills and experience. I was not sure why I was even invited for this interview, just for the sake of diversity?

I applied for a company that gives me a job first and then they introduced me about GMO. GMO's interviewer was really friendly and also he explained what they believe to work fairly which is about racism and other discrimination.
