The process took place in Berlin, there were 9 candidates for 4 positions. It was a very intense day with 3 main rounds.
Round1: you are presented with a case/situation that is very realistic. A new policy/product/way of operating will be launched and you have to go talk to the manager who is responsible for the development. It is your job to find out all necessary information when talking to the manager so that afterwards you can brief your manager/department. After the interview you have to write a report.
Round 2: Group discussion with other candidates to share the information you have gathered from the conversation with the manager. After this you have to make and present a presentation to brief the manager.
Round 3: A department is not satisfied with the new developments and wants to slow down the rollout process, the rollout cannot proceed before they make a document. It is your job to obtain the cooperation from the dissatisfied department.
