I had an initial call that lasted around 40 min with someone from HR. Then I met for coffee with an attorney for an hour long interview. I then heard back within a couple weeks.

They asked a mix of personal and professional questions. Very respectful, but straight to the point. Asked me how I handle conflict, stress, and how I prioritize work. Also asked me how I liked to be managed.
