GLG conduct a very professional and pleasant interview process. Their people and culture come across as friendly, supportive, and honest. The Strategic Projects division is especially exciting because of its growth and talented team. There was structure and guidance through multiple rounds of fit and case interviews. Their process was also flexible and allowed for more casual conversations with other members of the team upon request. In addition to traditional interviews, the process also consisted of a market sizing case interview and a timed power point exercise.

Applied online and was asked to come in for a series of 3 in person interviews. Each interviewer was very helpful in explaining the nuances of the role and explaining why they felt GLG was a great place to work. I left being told that the "team is traveling" and that a decision may not be made for several weeks. I never heard from them again which left a very sour taste after meeting with so many members of the team.
