Interview
The interview process was on video conference and was not too formal. It involved meeting with the team lead and my future manager to talk about the role and my previous experience.
Laid back second interview. More of a conversation. Spent a lot of time discussing some of the questions that I had regarding the job and company. Hiring manager was not the most responding
Received an offer below market value and simply asked how they got to that number, when they ghosted me for 2 weeks before calling back and asking why I haven’t accepted yet.
