GETCO (India) interview questions

Personal interview based on experience criteria and past appraisal. Other questions were about future job responsibility. Future planning and methods to do job. overall performance and appraisal for last 3 years are being considered. If this is ok, then only interview call is given to candidate. Interview is taken by interview panel consisting at least 3 members from Managing Director's level.
