GEAR for Sports interview questions

Interview process was very standard, took about 1 month from beginning to end. Submitted application via company website. Approx. 1 week later received email requesting a phone screen. Several days later was asked to meet with the HR Team. Two day following the interview was scheduled for final interview with the Production Team.

Fairly basic. Went in, had an interview with two different people back to back, and then got a small tour of the work area. They sent me for an immediate drug test and I got a call two hours later offering me the job.
