      Beidseitige Vorstellung. Fragen zur Person, keine fachlichen Fragen. Es kam aufs menschliche an, was mir sehr positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist. Dadurch werden auch die Teams menschlich geformt. Das spiegelt sich dann letzten Endes auch in den Abteilungen wieder, die sehr homogen sind
