First interview with HR, a first online test aimed to measure your basic knowledge of financial concepts and attitudinal behaviours, then an online assessment centre. The Assessment centre is composed by four individual interviews, one individual case study and one group case study. Individual interviews are based on their principles and they ask you to give examples from your past experiences where you applied their principles.
