I applied online and was then invited to a recruiter screening call. A panel interview was scheduled with three engineers from the team. The interview was very technical and primarily focused on foundational HVDC knowledge. Questions were objective in nature, so having strong technical fundamentals and knowing core concepts clearly will help significantly. My only criticism is that, despite multiple follow-ups, the recruiter never got back to me with feedback or the final outcome.
