Interview
Process consisted of a non-technical recruiter interview followed by a technical interview with an expert in your field. They have you present a 20-minute presentation on a project of your choice (you have the option to get feedback on your slides from a current Edison engineer beforehand), and they will ask extremely detailed questions on every aspect of your work. Final round is an onsite interview at their facility in Niskayuna, NY.
