First was an informal group chat of around 6 people in a meeting room. Then 3 small written problems to try and solve in the time frame. Then 2-on-1 interviews with some HR and engineers asking competency based questions. Last was a group challenge which was surrounded by the various interviewers probably looking for a natural leader to emerge
