I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GE Aerospace in Jan 2019
Interview
Average process, went through campus. They give an initial interview over the phone and then one in person, all behavioral questions and situational. Focused on critical thinking and analytics. Love high GPA's and want to see high energy as well as work ethic. Go in smiling with alot of energy and be able to articulate your previous experience in the likes of the STAR method

Interview
1 round at college after meeting recruiters at career fair. Interview was with two engineers Fahd were alum from my school. Ended up starting a month later due to COVID.
All behavioral, classic questions like tell me about yourself, how you work in a team, and your best/worst qualities. Two people were there, one was a university liaison and the other was an engineer in training. Both fired question after question, and there was time after the interview to ask questions as well.
