I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GBI Research (Manchester City Centre, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
After a 30 minute telephone interview I was invited to a face-to-face interview in Manchester. Interview was very straight forward with direct questions on my suitability for the role. First met the head of the team who asked majority of the questions regarding what I know about the company and how I would fit in. They emphasized that this was not just a life science analyst role but also had large commercial components. For the next 30 minutes, I was given sheets of graphs and I had to write a summary with pen and paper. Finally, a senior analyst then asked more specific questions regarding drugs and my experience. He presented multiple scenarios and asked how I would respond before ending the interview. Received an offer 2 weeks after the interview but I rejected it due to low salary.
