Forwarded my CV to the hiring manager, then a MS teams video with the hiring manager. Rejected a week later, due to lack of "technical knowledge", even though this wasn't a specific technical interview. I would agree with other interview reviews where the writer is an "experienced" applicant. The 'A' word seems appropriate.
