First was a phone interview with recruiter asking about my background and then second round interview in teams with hiring manager. Hiring manager was asking about my past experience, education and future goals

Basic Behavioral questions like why you want to do this intern, previous background and HR related questions
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
