I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GAN (London, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
Short and sweet. Interviewed on Tuesday, offered the role on Thursday, one week for checks, references and paperwork, started the following Monday. It was 9 working days in total before I started my role. GAN are very supportive and responsive, which made this process so much easier.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at GAN (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
Two Zoom Interviews 1-1, the first with Snr Product Owner and the second (a week later)( with Line Manager. Both interviewers seemed to know their industry and also the technology. Honest and open interviews which were comfortable, but perhaps that was because I was a good fit?
I think the delay between the 2nd interview and the hire offer were due to the volume of interview, some HR functions based in the States and key resource holiday(s).
From Offer to onboarding it was very quick and slick.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GAN (Kensington, England)
Interview
[Following the initial telephone interview] The interview process was about 1:45hrs, with 3-4 business members interviewing. Most questions were situational - 'what would you do in a scenario where...?', then the question may be tweaked, altering some factors of the original question or adding new information. The format felt similar to some PM certification questions.
However, the vibe was quite light and i had fun answering the questions. This is one of the few interviews I've had in recent times where I feel they are trying to get to the essence of what you are like in your job and seeing if you are a good fit, rather than bog standard 'what do you know about us..' type questions.
