Several hours over 3 visits. Was told specifically by HR to wear a suit. When I arrived the guy interviewing me (the person I would be reporting to) was wearing shorts, a t-shirt, busted shoes, and a torn up orange safety vest. This was my 4th time in 15 years being recruited to either G3 or Gallo and they must have wasted over 20 hours of my time. The same HR person that interviewed me the first time at G3 interviewed me at Gallo the last time. She was new and eager the first time and seemed really engaged in the process. The most recent time she was like a mindless drone that just asked canned questions and looked for every chance to criticize your answers like a prosecuting lawyer. They were very insistent that they maintain a culture of "sustained success', which basically translates into "conform to the status quo" and don't try to rock the boat or bring up any new ideas.
