Conducted first round interview at NBMBAA career fair. Primarily behavioral questions with a small case thrown in. Second round was in Chicago, a nice central location for candidates, but you don’t get to see their facilities. I’d be willing to fly longer to get a feel for Modesto. It’s also luck of the draw regarding who gets to “warm up” with the behavioral questions and who goes straight into the case interviews. On both interview occasions the company hosts family style dinners at a local restaurant where you can engage the leadership and ask those questions you didn’t have enough time for in the interviews. Huge props to the company for this, certainly gave me a better feel for the company culture.
