I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GAIL’s Bakery
Interview
1) Filled in a short application form and sent my CV
2) Heard back within a week via a telephone call where I was asked what previous kitchen experience I have and my availability to come in
3) Shadowed one of the Kitchen staff where they showed me how to perform basic tasks such as making sandwiches which I then took to the display. Received an offer on the same day and spoke to the Bakery manager about hours (full-time/part-time) and training.
