Firstly I had a brief telephone call - asking if I was still interested and my availability for a face to face interview. Next I had a face to face interview - relaxed environment. Followed by another phone call. Lasted about 1hr.

told that it was a competency based interview and then told i was too young and small to work there by the recruitment manager,as it says on the vacancy you have to be 18 or over which i was. don't bother applying for these violent people.
