Interview
Met at location, Was interviewed by the manager of the comms center and his boss. Given tour of "my work area", implying that I was being granted the job. Neither interviewer followed up post interview even after repeated attempts from myself to follow up and make contact.

Interview
Initial communication came in the form of a telephone call from the assistant manager. I had 1 interview that was with both the manager and assistant manager of the department. Within a few days received another telephone call informing me of the hiring status, and when to come in to start training.
