You just come in, they give you paperwork. They ask about past job and school history from the past 10 years. If you pass the drug test you'll be considered for the job.

It was a group of 3 applicants sitting at my table and one lady was doing the interviewing. She went around the table asking us all the same questions. The questions were very basic and easy to answer.

Was invited by email, and ateneded one of thier two hire days and was offered on the spot. Fairly easy process, and was called later to set up drug and background check before working.

Here you just have to know someone who could vouch for you and they pretty much hire you on the spot. The bigger wait is badging. Working at an Airport, you have to have an extensive background check and also go through a drug test.
