Interview
I read the horrible reviews for interviewing at this company and was biased in to thinking I could squeeze by and be a minority that had a good time. I was very wrong.
Horrible, horrible interview process at what conveys themselves as a crap company. My interview process lasted almost 2 months. It involved 5 phone interviews (first a chat with the recruiter) and due to their lack of staff in the region they are recruiting for, they made me wake up at 6am, 7am to do all these interviews. Most of these were short and waste of time, and could have all been combined in to one.
Then their 7th interview was in person. This is a technical job yet interview was conducted by a sales engineer for some reason, as well as 2 new guys who had only been working there a few weeks and had just got back from training.
Then they rejected me based on skills they didn't even ask about in the interview.
This company is a shocking display of how the industry has players who don't give a crap about candidates.
Stay far, far away from this company.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fuze (Cambridge, MA) in Oct 2016

Don't waste your time applying here. Take your skills somewhere else.
The interview process was horrible. HR was nothing but a waste of time. I'm not even sure if the HR know what they want or need. Worst interview experience ever! Fire your unprofessional HR!
We take out interview process seriously, and firmly believe that a positive, respectful candidate experience is paramount. Please feel free to email me directly as I would like to understand where you feel the disconnect occurred during your Technical Support Engineer interview.
