Fusion Sign & Design interview questions

The previous living sign positions i worked at did not have an interview process. I was surprised, but we met at a starbucks and it was less than 30 minutes. They asked a few questions and it was very interesting that they wanted to know. After the interview he said he would get back to me after he talked with his supervisor. They called me later that day and asked me to start that weekend. They had me buy my own pants and hat and told me they would bring a shirt.

Met at a coffee shop and the interview process was basically you are hired on spot. They have you sign your tax info and you are good to go.
