The interview comprised of Three rounds - Initial call, 1st interview with team lead, 2nd interview with the vice president of that particular team. 2nd meeting focused more on the role and comp structure, and the final was more on my experience

The Interview process was fairly quick. I had 3 separate interviews with two VP's and the President of the Company. They were on time and dressed professionally. They care less about what you have done in the past and more so on what you can bring to the table now.
