In the first question you were given a situation about an employee and how to address their behavior. The second wasn't a question but you were given the task of creating a work schedule using Excel.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fulton County Superior Court (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2016
Interview
The process was pretty quick. I applied online through a job board in which I sent in my resume. I heard back via phone about 1 week later (phone screening) and was scheduled for an in person interview 1 week following that. The in person was panel style with 3 other managers including the director. Before leaving a skills test is required in which you develop a treatment plan, write a progress note and a discharge plan for a mock client. I was invited for a second in person this time with a senior director and clinical director this one was a lot more smooth. Received an offer the following day.
