I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fulfillment Fund (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2012
Interview
Met with the Human Resources representative on the first day. She was very friendly and said they were interested in me. Then about four days later, I met with hiring managers, as this position would support both departments. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and it was an easy process. My parking was not validated, but as I said, the process was very smooth.
2 interviews with very warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental staff

Question 1
Please recount a story of a particular individual you had helped at a previous non-profit volunteer position and what made this person have such an impact on you.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fulfillment Fund (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2010
Interview
There was an initial phone interview. A week later brought me in to talk to my superior, two weeks later they brought me back to talk to the CEO. The questions were on point but not the standard interview questions. Both interviewers were very interested in my passions and general work history rather than specifics about my skills. Those were clearly stated on my resume. Both were interested in more about FIT than anything else. Both interviews lasted 30 minutes long and were enjoyable. The office staffers seemed to be extremely helpful and did not keep me waiting long in the lobby. The environment seemed professional yet casual at the same time. I spoke with Human Resources for the first time when I was offered the job. They offered decent pay and benefits. I gladly accepted.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions. It was unusual that they wanted to get to know ME - example where I was from, family, school etc.
