There is a series of psychological, logical and technical test. There would be an interview where a panel is going to ask you what do you expect in the company, are you ready for a long term commitment and some technical questions. But I think that will still change based on the panel itself.

The interviewer is very nice and understanding especially to the person who do not have experience in the industry and when you are accepted they give you enough time to complete all your documents that you need

The interview is okay; there's no pressure, and the HR will give you a word of wisdom. The HR will tell you about the company, the salary, and all about the company, including the 3-year contract bond.

Question 1
As a recent graduate, how can you describe your commitment to your work? What was your role in your thesis and during your internship?
Interview was via phone. It has technical and on the spot logic test. The interviewer asks about what I do, what are my specialities and how do I implement software methodologies in my day to day tasks
