Began by briefly walking through the generic personality interview questions, I.E. "What are your biggest strengths? Weaknesses?" Then I met with the CIO and Manager of the department and went through more technical questions about the job role. The interviewers were all really relaxed about the process which would help potential nervous interviewees, and allow them to show their true skills. The interview concluded with a small test of coding concepts. These concepts were not specific to any language, but a variant of VBScript is primarily used at this job.
