They ask you a couple of very simple questions. They don't expect you to know everything. Just answer what you can in the best way possible. Admit what you don't know.

Question 1
How would you go about handling an issue between you and a co-worker?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Frontline Managed Services (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2019
Interview
Interview was pretty simple. The Floor Manager and his Training Manager asked me questions within a call center environment, customer service, and computer skills. Being that I have a bachelors degree in Business Admin/Computer Information Systems they already knew I was a great fit.
