I applied online and had a phone interview about a week later. It was pretty straight forward. The interview went well. The person I spoke to was pretty nice and asked a lot of questions about my current situation (extra-curriculars, what I was doing with the downtime I had since I was out of school, and so forth) and then I was asked to come in. That interview was a little nerve wracking, but mostly I was asked about my experience. Then I was given a skills test, which I passed (it was an online skill test). After that I was given an offer. After the offer... I did a background check and then I was hired.
