The first step was through email questions about remote work and my preferences for a good workplace to find out if I match the culture. Already the initial questions indicated a good healthy company culture.
Then I had some technical questions asked, that they progressed gradually to the specifics of my role. The technical level was high since this was architect level position.
The next step was a presentation of the company and getting to know the CTO Kore, who we had some friendly technical chat with about architecture and I was presented the company and the specifics of the platform.
During all the process Abbie was extremely friendly and the feedback was instant. The email process was 4-5 emails and they were concluded within a couple of hours.
The video interview was scheduled shortly after.
Initially I got declined with some pretty good feedback, om which I showed my interest to join at a later point, I kept in touch and as soon as the position opened up again I got contacted and hired shortly after.
