I felt like my brain was being picked so that they could implement what I know. The interviewer has only been there a year, and doesn't seem comfortable in the security of her position, so you will be offered positions that are way below your skill set and offered money you haven't made in 10 years, for the reason that she doesn't want anyone to move ahead of her or make more money than her.
