The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Front Office Sports
Interview
Met with the hiring manager, then two people from the team which I thought I had very positive & great conversations with. Process was probably 2 weeks and I felt confident about my candidacy. Followed up with the hiring manager 3 times and...ghosted. Extremely taken back given my positive conversations and high interest in the role. Very very disrespectful of them and I would've appreciated something as little as "we've moved on with other candidates" for some 'closure'.
I applied online. I interviewed at Front Office Sports in Dec 2022
Interview
Did not feel those screening had a full understanding of the scope of the role and or sports marketing in general. Their website lists "competitive pay" which is key world for low ball salary. Wanted to pay someone with 10+ years of experience at a director level $80,000. Not worth the trade off of remote work for many talented and true worth of this level of seniority.

Interview
Very organized and clear process. Met first with the HR representative for 30 minutes, followed by a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. Did not get to the third and final round of interview, but overall had a great experience and was given sound reasoning as to why they chose other more specialized candidates.
