      Customer Support Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Front (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2026

      Interview

I went through the interview process with this company for a role and I have to say after it was over, it was pretty awful experience. The whole process lasted over 2 weeks, a total of 8 interviews during that time, amounting to around 4/5 hours of my time. The interviews were with HR, some potential team members, senior management etc. Each step I had received Positive feedback (at least that's what they told me) and I was through to the final steps, only to get a call after going through all this to say "sorry the job is no longer available". Nothing else, no other feedback, just an excuse. I was honestly speechless at this, having invested so much time and be told everything is going well. It was completely out of line for them to do something like this, not only did they waste my time but really effected me mentally and was quite upsetting. This company and their level of honesty and trust is appalling and they clearly don't value humans and their time. I was at a loss for words after this. To waste so much of my time, and go through 4+ hours of interviews, reach the final stage, only to give me some fake excuse like "the role is suddenly not available", appalling way to treat people. I saw some clear red flags at the beginning of the interview process. For example, the role I applied for was gone from their website and they ignored it any time I brought it up(I wanted to check the job spec), the HR contact who I met originally, said "nice to meet you" when they called to say the job had "disappeared". Show's how little the actually care! Like I said, completely speechless at this whole process...I can only assume(since they are "AI first" they wasted my valuable time to train their AI model or something. I can't think of any other reason why a company would be this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful. The only bright side I can take from this experience is that I clearly dodged a bullet. If this is how they treat potential employees, I'd hate to think how they treat their actual employees.
