Applied online and got an interview a few weeks later, asked a lot of specific questions and was told I'd be contacted back, was surprised how specific they considering the online profile for the job said it wasn't that involved. The challenge was appreciated.

I have interviewed twice for this position, and just interviewed for a similar position with a different department. The interviews are done outside and very friendly staff. They do take way too long to make decisions, and expect you to wait.

Explain a time that you had to fix a mistake that created a problem for another department whether you were at fault or not.
