easy, two stages. last one from HR. they call you if you pass your interview...........my God..No more. Stop asking.y/n. fine. too much asking. end this. require less. private things. Try other way.
First process was a Phone interview which they asked you about your previous job history then a inperson person panel that consisted of 2 people. Make sure you have 10 year employment ready.
