They are just looking for positive upbeat people. You also can't have a gap in employment. If you have those two things and you get an interview, you got the job! There is a drug test as well. I received a urine test just I've heard from others they received different kinds.
Very easy no pressure questions typical interview questions, very friendly hr and honestly so far an amazing place to work Also very physical and lots of benefits and overtime available

A little lengthy but, worth the wait. Virtual video interview, if chosen will receive offer letter then background check request as well as drug test. Easy process though and very thorough

It was ok but I kind of got a little nervous when the questions were being asked. I feel like I messed up. I DONT know why they even ask so many questions. Some people can’t do interviews from being so nervous but can do the job if only they would give people a chance to show them better than they can tell them.
