Fairly simple, two stage that I saw. First was speaking with an internal recruiter/HR, then a meeting with the hiring manager that went over some of my work history and technical background. Had my meeting with the hiring manager, then heard nothing back. I was ghosted. This was even after reaching back out to HR and asking for some feedback, getting a response of "I'll look into it", then silence. Avoid if you don't like being ghosted.
