Interview
4 rounds with situational, technical questions in each round, except the first HR round with the recruiter. Nice, respectful interviews in all 4 rounds. The first round is all check-ins for a good fit. The second round was with hiring managers with situational questions. The third round was with the controller, and the 4th was with the global finance director.
First an online interview with basic introduction and get to know past experiences. Second interview was on site which included a case study which was about a financial report analysis on major deviations, working capital analysis as well as investment strategy
