Competency test then a round of interviews with supervisor like a panel interview. The interview went well everyone introduced themselves. Questions covered tell me about yourself and how would you handle this type of situation questions relating to customer service and how to deal with irate customer.

Will have to first pass the exam first and score high enough to be selected for an interview. Next will be a 3 panel interview where we will get 6 to 7 questions on a piece of paper in front of you.
