They took my CV and said they would get back to me. That's it. Same with the next applicant after me. Then what is the point of having a Career Day when they don't want to help us advance to the next step or at least an interview?
Email application - presentation - interview I send an email to hr to look for a job and did the process to pass. I recceived a presentation top for analysing a institute for future recruitment and challenge. Got the offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Freshways Food (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
A reasonably straight forward process. I was contacted by a recruiter and asked if they could forward my cv, as they felt I would be a good match. Had to answer some specific questions for the recruiter. After this there was a video interview. It was also straight forward, and very friendly.
In the end, they seem to have retained the person that was about to leave.
