The interviewees WERE LATE! The interview felt more like career counseling rather than an interview. In my opinion the interviewee's could have been more professional. Going into the first 5 min of the interview which lasted an hour I knew the position was filled. They made me aware that they were doing a behavioral interview meaning that they were gathering data rather than offering meaningful consideration. Many of the questions asked had little to do with the position. There were many pointless moments wasted on squabble. Their lack of professionalism is evident because they never get back to you on whether or not you moved onto the next step.
