Interviewing for Fresh Tri was ultimately a disappointing experience. I initially applied for the Marketing Manager role and went through multiple rounds of interviews with ilsa the VP of Marketing. The process stretched on for several weeks, during which I was asked to prepare and present detailed strategy work and marketing insights.
Midway through the process, the role was suddenly shifted from Marketing Manager to Growth Marketing Manager. I adapted and completed a second full presentation aligned with the new expectations. Despite consistently meeting every request and deadline, communication became less clear as the process went on.
After investing significant time, preparation, and strategic recommendations, I never received a final update or closure. The process ended without any feedback or follow-up, which felt unprofessional given the level of effort required.
Overall, the interview process demanded extensive unpaid work and lacked transparent communication at the end. I hope the company reevaluates how it manages candidates’ time and expectations in the future.
