I applied and received an email the next day requesting an interview. I spoke to the recruiter for a screening interview and then was scheduled for an in-person interview. I declined the in-person interview as the recruiter provided details during the screening interview that helped me determine the role would not be right for me.

Two calls and one shadow opportunity. First call was a job description and the second was a call with clinic managers from multiple branches. Shadow apt was an hour long on the floor

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!

Conducted via Zoom interview. It was less than 20 minutes. The Nurse manager going over previous work experience and future career goals. The Role expectations were discussed at length, mentioning training, hours, etc
